Preschool Wacky Walk and obstacle course

Maybe Wednesday:

Suggest that children wear shoes and do not match their clothes back
Lunch for breakfast, maybe peanut butter and jelly and watermelon
Breakfast for lunch and sausage waffles with fruit and milk
Read Wacky Wednesday by Theo LeSeig (Dr. Seuss)
For a snack, maybe a glass of milk with a gummy worm on a bun (I know, gummy worms are not nutrients, such as the use of whole wheat bread?)
Take a walk crazy

Departure fromWalk backwards for a short distance
Then try to go sideways
Wobbly walk
Trample
Tip Toe
Walk part of the way to go home very slowly
Speed up and go fast
Last of all, will lead the rest of the way home!

Preschool steeplechase

Groups of school children enjoy the fun of an obstacle course. Be creative with what you have available when you do. Equipment may include:

Sturdy picnic table to rise above or below
Barrels or boxes with openingends up crawling through a tunnel
A 2x4, how to use a balance beam to walk through
Hoola tires to pass through
A climber to climb over
Tying a rope about 12 "-18" from the ground supported between two patio or other objects for children to crawl on his stomach or limbo back in style, without the rope
A ladder placed on the ground to step on every square
Sliding down a slide
On a hot day, add a tub to slide or run through a sprinkler system.(An adult should always be at attention when the pool is used by water).
